It was, but it's pretty self-explanatory, an exercise of destruction with explosives of a House at St-Sulpice. The "explosion" was in charge of the army.
Civil protection of the region "West of Lausanne" took this opportunity to present to the population and politicians from the corner of devices of rescue and decontamination, in collaboration with the Fire Department and the police.
In short: A lot of people for a small explosion. On the video, we notice small twigs propelled on the right during the explosion. In fact small twigs, it was of the beams of the frame of the House, with a length of several meters.
