In Lausanne for UberPop, the maximum rate increase coefficient was in recent times of 1.9: some evenings or nights of weekends, the price of the races was multiplied by 1.9 (with a very discreet mention when ordering a race).
Today, 31 December, it has already been noted this morning that this old ceiling of 1.9 had been increased: in the early morning, there was already in the city centre of the peaks at 2.5 x. While one can doubt that the demand was very strong a Sunday 31.12 around 9 am…
